E-mail your resume to sally@sallysilver.com. If there is a fit for a listed position, we will contact you to set up an interview when we will discuss your background and fully understand your job search requirements.

4. Do I need to have a particular level or background to work with you?

Your placement consultant at Sally Silver Companies will work with you closely to target positions that match your experience and interests. Most of our companies require experience in specific technologies and/or industries, but each job varies.



5. Is my search confidential?

Absolutely. Your name and resume are only sent to potential employers who have listed positions with us, that fit your background and interests, and are only submitted with your prior approval.



6. Who pays the placement fee?

The hiring company pays our fee.



7. Why do I have to meet you before you will send my resume out?

Candidates meet personally with us so we can fully understand your career goals and job objectives and for you to know who is representing you during this important process. Additionally, we meet with companies to understand their culture and job requirements. Armed with both perspectives, we are well equipped to make the match between candidate and company.



8. Can I work with other recruiters?

It’s important to research the background and reputation of a recruiter before sending your resume. If you choose to use multiple recruiters, the rule of thumb is to start with only two. It is in your best interest to be open with each recruiter regarding your job search activity.



9. Can I send resumes out on my own?

As a result of our long-standing relationships with many of our clients, you will want to benefit by leveraging our connections within the industry. We will work with you to format your credentials to help you make the best possible presentation to any potential employers. Our communication with hiring managers will provide you the feedback necessary to increase your ability to compete for the jobs you want.



10. Will my salary be lower if I work with a recruiter?

As an advocate for our candidates, your placement consultant at Sally Silver Companies will assist you in receiving the best competitive compensation package for your experience and level.



11. How accurate does my resume need to be?

We suggest you be completely accurate to avoid any unnecessary issues in the hiring process.
