Sally Jablon Silver, CEO/President
Sally Jablon Silver is the founder and CEO of Sally Silver Companies. During the past 29 years, Sally has developed a reputation for a high level of integrity coupled with a unique knowledge of career issues, industry trends and technical concepts in both software product development and internal IT environments. She has supported the growth of both large and small companies by searching for and placing the professionals that drive and grow her client companies.
In 2001, Sally Silver Companies was named to the first Commonwealth Institute/Babson College list of the top 100 Women Led Businesses. Sally was a member of the Massachusetts Professional Placement Consultants (MPPC) and the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB), a past president of the New England Chapter of NACCB, and formerly a member of the National NACCB Board of Directors. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Valora Technologies. Sally is a member of the Commonwealth Institute and is on the Strategic Planning Committee of the Boston Club, two organizations which are geared toward the development and success of women executives in the Greater Boston Area.
Sally is known for her expertise in executive search and technical recruiting at all levels, and provides targeted searches for engineering and product development positions. She also serves as an expert witness in employment and staffing to a well-regarded national law firm; provides strategic staffing consulting to hi tech CEO's; and provides career guidance to industry professionals.
Sally holds a BS in Business Administration from Long Island University and an MBA from Boston University.

Carla Marcinowski, Vice President
Carla Marcinowski joined Sally Silver Companies in 2004 to accelerate the growth of the marketing and professional services practice areas. She has over 27 years experience in the high tech industry, focusing on consulting services, marketing, business operations, and sales ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining Sally Silver Companies, Carla held executive management positions at Lightbridge, Inc. where she initially established a global telecommunications consulting services organization. She led the integration efforts of newly acquired companies and established best practices for operational excellence during their growth period. She also served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for this wireless software and services company.
Carla held management positions at Lotus Development Corporation (IBM) within the consulting services division, marketing organization and sales. She also re-established, grew and managed the European and Asia-Pacific groups within the international consulting division. Carla began her career as a technical consultant / project manager in voice and data communications at AT&T.
Carla has a B.S. in Business Management from Bryant College. She is a member of The American Management Association, the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, The Boston Club and The National Association of Female Executives. She serves on the board of The Boston Club. Carla is a frequent speaker on career transition and provides consulting and coaching to a broad industry constituency.

Judy Dumont
Judy Dumont joined Sally Silver Companies full time at the beginning of 2006. She has over 20 years of high tech software experience and has held numerous positions at all levels ranging from client support to account management and from product management to business and strategic planning. She helped grow Lightbridge, a software provider of credit decisioning solutions from $0 to over $175 million in revenue.
Judy has a B.S. in Business from Fitchburg State College and a Masters in Management Information Systems from Boston University. She has served on the Board of Advisors for Fulfillment Plus, an Internet e-commerce fulfillment company and the Board of Directors for Club Passim, a non-profit folk music cultural center. She is also a member of The Boston Club and serves on the Strategic Planning Committee.

Kim van der Heijden
Kim van der Heijden is a Senior Placement Consultant with Sally Silver Companies.
Kim has over 10 years of recruiting experience in the high tech industry specializing in placing candidates in software development, professional services and go-to-market positions. Her experience included a strong blend of both contingency staffing and in-house corporate recruiting.
Kim started her career in Marketing with Reebok International and then decided to pursue a career in recruiting. As an in-house corporate recruiter for Netegrity, Kim was responsible for setting up recruiting strategy, building high-volume recruiting processes, and building the infrastructure for staffing departments.
Kim has been with Sally Silver Companies for over five years. She holds her B.S in Marketing from University of Massachusetts.
